Mike Maiden

I joined AHA to help players develop and reach their potential on and off the ice. I realized this passion after reflecting on my own hockey career and recognizing the large impact an advisor can have on player development and mental fortitude. I saw the opportunity to use my own experiences in navigating through the AAA and Junior A levels to help strategically guide, develop, mentor, and create opportunities for players, while minimizing the stress and distractions the hockey landscape can create.

My approach centers around building trusted relationships with players through honest communication, strong industry connections, personalized planning, and a commitment to each athlete’s success. By combining this player-first mindset with my knowledge and passion for the sport, I aim to bring confidence and clarity to players and their families.
