Matt’s decision to align with the AHA team was driven by the organization’s unwavering commitment to professionalism and genuine support for emerging hockey talent. Rooted in a proud hockey lineage, Matt approaches his work with an unparalleled sense of responsibility, ensuring his clients receive nothing short of his utmost dedication and expertise. With an extensive background spanning both Canadian and American junior hockey systems, Matt eagerly anticipates the challenges ahead, steadfast in his mission to guide aspiring players towards their next level of success.

Throughout his twenties, Matt honed his expertise as a skills and development coach, progressing to roles as an assistant coach and ultimately head coach across various levels of youth hockey, from Peewee AAA to Midget AA. His journey took a pivotal turn towards scouting, where he lent his discerning eye and acumen to two distinguished teams—the Powassan Voodoos in the NOJHL and the Connecticut Jr. Rangers in the NCDC.

When Sean isn’t advising, he’s coaching. In 6 years of coaching, Sean has taken two teams to the USA Hockey National Tournament. In addition, he’s helped over a dozen players achieve their goals of playing Jr A and College Hockey at the D1 and D3 levels. 

Sean comes from a background in Business Management, Marketing, Operations, and Consulting for the last 13+ years and plans to use these skills to help our clients in NCAA and pro to better leverage their likeness and clout for success beyond the rink, as well as provide career advise for clients as they plan for a life beyond hockey.  

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and traveling.
