With over 18 years of competitive playing experience, I’ve had the privilege of playing in the USHL and NCAA Division I hockey. I deeply understand hockey at all competitive levels, particularly for those unfamiliar with hockey and how to manage it. Coming to AHA was driven by my goal to transform how advisors and players interact, drawing on personal experiences to create a more empowering setting for athletes. My approach centers on open communication, accountability, and building trust, ensuring every client gets personalized and practical guidance. My enduring passion for hockey inspires and drives me to empower each client, ensuring they receive the highest support and advocacy in their sporting journey.

When Sean isn’t advising, he’s coaching. In 6 years of coaching, Sean has taken two teams to the USA Hockey National Tournament. In addition, he’s helped over a dozen players achieve their goals of playing Jr A and College Hockey at the D1 and D3 levels. 

Sean comes from a background in Business Management, Marketing, Operations, and Consulting for the last 13+ years and plans to use these skills to help our clients in NCAA and pro to better leverage their likeness and clout for success beyond the rink, as well as provide career advise for clients as they plan for a life beyond hockey.  

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and traveling.
