Paul Poulopoulos

I grew up playing high-level competitive hockey and was proud to be part of the Hockey Montreal Elite program (Bantam and Midget AA, Espoir, AAA). My passion for advising stems from a deep appreciation for mentorship and a desire to support the next generation of players. Having experienced the hockey world firsthand—including interactions with agents and advisors—I understand how overwhelming it can be. From tryouts and travel to team decisions and academic planning, I’ve lived through it all. Now, I’m committed to being the kind of support I once needed: someone who helps players and families navigate the process with clarity and confidence. I’m especially drawn to Advancement Hockey Agency for its player-first approach, strong reputation, and deep relationships within the hockey community. The agency’s focus on long-term development and integrity aligns with my core values, and I’m excited to bring my experience, energy, and passion for the game to the team.
