Dylan is a motivated advisor with 15+ years of competitive hockey experience, including four seasons of NCAA Division III hockey and his current pro career in the Federal Prospects Hockey League. Competing at both the collegiate and professional levels has given him a clear understanding of what players need to keep advancing and how to handle the pressures that come with each step.
He chose advising to give back to the hockey community and help players navigate an ever-changing landscape. Knowing firsthand how valuable the right guidance can be, he’s committed to offering the clarity and support he wished he had earlier in his own journey.
Joining AHA was an easy choice—its passion, professionalism, and player-first approach aligned with his values. Dylan believes in communication, trust, and being present for his athletes every step of the way. For him, success isn’t just about where a player ends up, but how supported and confident they feel throughout the process.
