Professionally, Lorne has spent years advising leaders in high-stakes, complex environments, honing a skillset built on clear communication, strong relationships, and calm under pressure. He brings that same approach to supporting players and their families, breaking down challenging situations and offering steady, thoughtful guidance. As a natural mentor who sees himself in the players he works with, Lorne is committed to helping them grow, compete with confidence, and reach their full potential.
